Self Referral:

If you want to come to us for therapy, or enquire about any of our services, then just ring or email using the above contact details.  If you email it would help if you leave your telephone number, since our first useful contact is likely to be by 'phone.

Professional Referral:

Again, contact us by email or telephone, as above.

We will be happy to discuss our suggestions with you, and also to discuss any meetings or contact you may need, and our confidentiality policy.

Find Us: Driving or on foot:

Cobnar Road is at the upper end of Woodseats, just where it turns into Meadowhead and becomes a dual carriageway, opposite Costa and KFC and the Woodseats Medical Centre. Cobnar Road is on the left driving South from Sheffield towards Chesterfield.

There is free parking in Cobnar Road, or in Costa car park, or on the far side of the main road.

There are plenty of buses passing, and the official name for the bus stop is Cobnar Road, with Woodseats Library the stop on the other side of the main road.

We are on the top floor of the building containing A S Music School, the first building on the right after you turn into Cobnar Road.

There is a drive to the right side of the school, and if you go up it, there's a door on the left up a couple of steps just as you enter the car park. Just ring the buzzer.
